I design and lead fun and dynamic group fitness classes at Athletic Fitness, Next Level and West Gym. I try to be creative and different with the exercises and I suffer through them along with you :P They can be modified to fit any fitness level :D
More info in my pinned post with my current calendar and prices. My Story: I was pretty fit as a teen...then began working at McDonalds! Ate there all
the time thinking it wouldn't affect me. However, over time (my mom actually) helped me realize that I was getting 'chubby'! :O I decided to start jogging and go to the University gym. I wasn't very regular, but it was helping. I eventually signed up for a kickboxing class pass. After my 10 visits were up, I decided to sign up to that gym and continued attending the classes twice a week. A year and half later I was in the best shape of my life! I had also gained a lot of valuable information about fitness, exercises, routines, muscle functions, etc. from the amazing trainers (obviously this was not a corporate chain gym!)
After nagging my parents to join a gym too and constantly being on top of them about training correctly, they had the BRILLIANT idea of, "Why don't you become trainer?!" WHAAA!? It made a lot of sense! Ever since, I have been striving to find my niche in the world of fitness :)
