The process of learning a handstand can be very long and ungrateful. One day you are holding it with a greate form and on the next day you can't even go up.
But when we put that aside learning the handstand can bring you only positives. It will develop a lot qualities like consistency, patience and body awareness, and will open a whole new world in front of you.
So if you haven't started your handstand journey yet, I highly recommend to do so!
