Job Offer – Divemasters (PADI)
Dear Colleagues,
We are a diving center based in Bulgaria, in the Black Sea region.
Our office in Nessebar, Bulgaria is looking to hire Divemasters for the active season.
🚨Important Requirement:
Due to legal and administrative employment regulations in Bulgaria, we can only consider candidates who have a valid right to work in the European Union. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with work visas or permits for candidates from outside the EU.
💡Position Description:
In addition to the core responsibilities related to conducting dives, the position includes active participation in the daily operations of the diving center – working with clients, preparation and maintenance of equipment, assisting with dive organization, as well as other operational tasks necessary for the smooth functioning of the base.
🚩Location:
Nessebar – Old Town
The entire territory of the Old Town, both on land and underwater, is a site of cultural and historical significance, protected by UNESCO since 1983. Nessebar – the ancient city of Mesambria – was founded in the 5th century BC. Today, approximately 30% of the ancient coastline is on land, while the remaining part lies underwater.
Our diving center is actively involved in the protection of underwater cultural and historical heritage, as well as in caring for the marine environment. We strive to contribute to the preservation of underwater sites and to raise awareness of their importance. Every year, we organize seabed clean-up events as part of the PADI AWARE program.

Our center is registered as:
PADI 5 Diving Center S-29721
and is the second office of PADI 5 Star Diving Resort S-35016 (Lozenets).

The center operates exclusively according to PADI standards.
🤿If you have a colleague or friend from another diving agency (other than PADI) holding an equivalent Divemaster certification, feel free to share this job offer with them. We provide PADI crossover programs for anyone wishing to start or continue their professional career within the PADI system.

✅Compensation:
In previous seasons, we offered a fixed salary.
For the current season, compensation is flexible and determined based on the candidate’s experience, specialties, and professional level.

Valid driving license
Good command of English is required, while knowledge of French is considered an advantage.
