Awwwe f@$k, I hate this
Unfortunately, Kaya lost the battle last night.
This dog………
I’m truly blessed to have experienced such a sweet and special dog. One of a kind. My problem child honestly!
This dog has been in ER more than any dog I’ve known! Just like her daddy!!! Haha
Kaya went into the ER within a few days of us having her due to another dogs discrepancy of her being there and getting attention. She received several stitches and stayed the night in the hospital.
She has been charged and nearly trampled by a moose, caught in a wolf trap, bit by a rattlesnake in the nose, sprayed by a skunk,…..
But let’s talk about the fact that she was the most beautiful creature on the planet! Seriously, hands down.
Her love. Her drive to work, play, and love. She was truly a sweetheart.
She was an inspiration to me. Not only to love, but go that extra step. Go that extra ridge. Go into the horrible death zone of steep slopes and complete dead fallen tree misery just in hopes of finding an antler to bond with her daddy.
Kaya was the one that taught me “we can’t keep all the antlers! We need to do something with these!”
So we decided to make other dogs happy and create our elk antler dog chew side gig.
She was one of the greats. A true legend. Like some legends, gone too early…………..she was only 8
I want to thank everyone so dearly who donated to her medical fund. Seriously, I know people love dogs, but yall did that for me! I seriously am blown away and truly grateful for the love I feel! Like f**k!!! I’ve been crying just because you people care. You are my family and I f**king love all of you!!
