Against a heavy puncher, you can’t switch off for one second. Every shot can change the fight. Keep your hands up, protect your chin and stay focused. Even when you attack, always think about your defense. Protect yourself at all times! 🥊

Don’t Throw Your Whole Body Forward 🥊

When you attack with your arm, don’t throw your entire body forward. Stay balanced, keep your base and remain protected. If you overcommit, you expose yourself to counters and lose your ability to defend or continue your combination. 🥊🔥

No matter the obstacles, the struggles, the losses, losing someone we love, or losing a job… as long as we’re still standing, we keep moving forward.

And even when our health puts us to the test, keep smiling, believe in tomorrow, and keep fighting until the end. 💪🏾❤️

Learn to love repeating your movements and reviewing your combinations. Repetition helps you improve, but most importantly, it teaches you when and why to use each combo. Too many people shadowbox blindly without purpose. Train with intention. 🥊🧠
