Maybe the dream isn’t unrealistic… maybe you just haven’t found the right vehicle yet

For years, moving to Italy felt like one of those “maybe someday” dreams.

I wanted the slower mornings, the sunshine, the incredible food. And a life that didn’t feel rushed 24/7.

But financially? I couldn’t see HOW.

Because when your entire income depends on one location and one job, building a life abroad can feel impossible.

Everything changed when I discovered an online business opportunity I could build alongside my current job, from my laptop & phone, in my own time.

And for the first time, I stopped thinking: “that lifestyle is for other people.”

Now I’m building something that can eventually MOVE with me when the time is right!

In Belgium, the average net salary is around €2400.
Sounds decent, right?

Until life starts adding up.
Rent or mortgage, bills and utilities, groceries, transport, insurance, your pets,..?

And just like that… it’s gone.
No crazy spending or luxury lifestyle.

I work full-time.
I also built my own dog grooming salon 3 years ago and work there on Saturdays.
Two incomes. One person.
And somehow, it still doesn’t always feel like enough.

That’s the part no one really talks about.

We’ve normalized being exhausted, being stressed about money, and calling it “a good life.”

But what if it’s not?
What if life isn’t supposed to feel like a constant race just to stay afloat?

I don’t want work to be the center of my life.
I don’t want to keep worrying about every bill that’s coming in.

So I started building something online…
because I know I can’t be the only one who feels this way.

On average, you earn around €2400 net in Belgium.
Your rent or mortgage? About €1000.
Utilities? €300 or more.
Food, transport, insurance, pets,…? Easily another €700–€1000.

So what’s left at the end of the month?
Almost nothing when you have to do it all alone.

You’re working full-time, doing everything “right”, and still you’re barely moving forward.

And yet, we keep telling each other: “We’ve got it good here.”

But honestly… if you have to work just to survive, just to maintain the same position month after month..
IS THAT REALLY LIVING?
Or are we just stuck in a system that’s quietly keeping us STUCK in the place?

I work fulltime and have a dog grooming salon that I started 3 years ago where I work on saturdays. Even with these two jobs, I still struggle financially from time to time which is baffeling to me!

The system (in Belgium) is set up that it’s so hard to escape it.

I crave a slower life, where work is not the ‘central point’ of my life and where I don’t have to worry about the bills that are coming my way and I feel like I’m not the only one…

I didn’t start my online business because I had extra time.
I started it because I knew that waiting for the perfect moment would mean waiting forever.

Right now, I
✔ work full-time
✔ run my dog grooming salon on Saturdays

And still, I chose to build something for my future.

This online business allows me to grow at my own pace.
Just consistent steps toward more financial freedom, time freedom & personal freedom.
