Position: Security Officer
Sonic Bangladesh Ltd. is looking for a responsible, disciplined, and experienced Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our factory premises, employees, visitors, materials, and assets.
Requirements
• Gender: Male
• Age: 35–45 years
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in factory/industrial security
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Basic computer knowledge preferred
• Physically fit, disciplined, honest, and capable of handling emergency situations
• Retired Army personnel, especially retired Sergeants, will be given preference
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise security guards and manage daily security operations
• Monitor factory entry/exit, visitors, vehicles, and materials
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems
• Conduct regular security inspections and patrols
• Handle security incidents and emergencies
• Prepare security reports and coordinate with HR & Administration
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable based on qualification and experience
