Playing cricket in hot weather can lead to dehydration. Follow these tipsâ

What to Do
âĸ Drink Water:
Before, during (every 15â20 mins), and after the game.
âĸ Take Electrolytes:
Coconut water or ORS helps maintain salt balance. (Avoid if you have high blood pressure)
âĸ Wear Light Clothing:
Use breathable, light-colored jerseys.
âĸ Eat Smart:
Have water-rich foods like cucumber, watermelon, orange.
âĸ Rest Properly:
Stay in shade during breaks, use a wet towel if possible.

âĸ Dry mouth & strong thirst
