Osu! Last week’s belt awarding ceremony was a powerful testament to the sweat, discipline, and "Osu" spirit that defines KO Fight Studio.

During the event, our successful August grading participants officially shed their old ranks to tie on the hard-earned colors of their new journey. It was a proud moment for the dojo as the belts were personally awarded by 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗯𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗵 𝗠𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗻, President, Country Representative & Branch Chief of WKO Shinkyokushinkai Bangladesh.

In 𝗞𝘆𝗼𝗸𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻, a new belt is not just a reward for what you have done, but a commitment to what you will become. As Shihan reminded us, the journey only gets tougher from here, and the spirit must grow even stronger.

Congratulations to all the karatekas who promoted in our August grading! Your dedication on the mat has paid off. To those who stood by them—family, friends, and fellow students—thank you for being part of this milestone.

Today, at the Honbu Dojo, WKO Shinkyokushinkai Bangladesh, successful participants were awarded their new belts in recognition of their hard work and dedication to Kyokushin Karate 💪. Under the guidance of 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗯𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗵 𝗠𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗻, the journey continues to inspire greatness 🥇.

Each belt awarded today represents perseverance, discipline, and the relentless pursuit of excellence 👊. Congratulations to all the students who reached this important milestone!

Osu! The moment of truth has arrived. After the grit and determination shown during our recent grading, it is time to honor the journey of our karatekas.

We are deeply honored to announce that the new ranks and belts will be officially awarded by 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗯𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗵 𝗠𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗻, President, Country Representative & Branch Chief of WKO Shinkyokushinkai Bangladesh.

This is a significant milestone for every member. Whether you are stepping into your first orange belt or advancing further up the ranks, this ceremony celebrates your perseverance and the "Never Give Up" spirit of Kyokushin.

On behalf of KO Fight Studio and WKO Shinkyokushinkai Bangladesh, we honor the life and memory of 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗬𝘂𝘇𝗼 𝗚𝗼𝗱𝗮 (9th Dan), Chief Advisor to the IKO Kyokushinkaikan, who passed away on August 12, 2026, at the age of 86.

As one of Sosai Masutatsu Oyama’s original students from the 1950s, Shihan Goda dedicated his entire life to teaching, guiding, and preserving the spirit of Kyokushin. His legacy will forever inspire martial artists across all factions and generations.

Our thoughts and condolences go out to his family, students, and the global karate community.
