During today's floor exercise, a beautiful memory surfaced, bringing with it a wave of emotion. Everyone carries a unique past some chapters are peaceful and light, while others are heavy and demanding. Yet, reconnecting with childhood and the things we once loved allows us to truly breathe again. On the mat, we played, shared, and laughed, actively shifting our emotional states. Physical movement becomes a powerful vessel for emotional release, proving that exercise is not just about strengthening the body, but also about healing and reviving the soul.
