* Whole egg: 2 pieces
* Egg white: 1 piece
* Soybean oil: ½ teaspoon
* Raw tomato: 1 tablespoon, finely chopped
* Onion: 1 tablespoon, finely chopped
* Green chili: ½ piece, finely chopped
* Salt: ⅛ teaspoon
* Black pepper: ⅛ teaspoon
* Water: 1 teaspoon
(Optional. Use less water because tomato releases moisture.)
