AA Bangladesh (AAB):
•AAB is the only member club in Bangladesh of the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), in English, the International Automobile Federation, providing services in Mobility and Motorsport for its members and for the motoring public.
•AAB is the only Automobile Association of Bangladesh headquartered in Dhaka.
•It is an association founded in 1953 and continues
today for the benefit of Bangladeshi car owners aimed at protecting their interests, by promoting road safety, healthy and safe use of motor car based mobility, developing views on traffic matters, influencing decision takers and public opinion, as well as organizing car racing training and contests, and offering special benefits to its members.
•As a member club of the FIA, which is only the world motorsport regulator, AAB is responsible for developing all forms of motorsports in Bangladesh in accordance with international standards set by the FIA and is authorized to issue competition driving licenses for Bangladeshis who are interested in all forms of motorsports competition in local, national and international events including esports competitions. FIA:
•FIA is an association established in 1904 to represent the interests of motoring organisations and motor car users globally. It is headquartered at 8 Place de la Concorde, Paris, with offices in Geneva and Valleiry.
•The FIA consists of 243 member organisations in 147 countries worldwide. Its current president is Mr Mohammed ben Sulayem.
•It is the governing body for all forms of motorsports and auto racing events, from Formula One to all forms of grassroots motorsports.

• AAB is the only organization which is authorized to issue International Driving Permit (IDP) and Carnet de Passage en Douane (CPD) (car passport) to facilitate international travel for motorists.

• Legal advice and assistance regarding motoring matters. Grassroot Motorsport:
•Karting Slalom- Drivers drive various categories of single seater Go-Karts in a closed space under supervision, learning control of the karts and safe driving in a competitive environment.
•Esports- Esports is one of the fastest growing motorsports disciplines, having been certified by the FIA since 2018. Esports is the ideal training ground for drivers to move from the screen to the track. This dedicated community of online racers the world over often produces real-life racing drivers.
•Gymkhana- Sometimes called Auto-Slalom or Auto Khana where drivers drive standard model cars in a closed space under supervision using the skill to drive safely by controlling the car in a competitive environment.
•Time Trial- Time Trial is a motorsport competition where drivers drive standard model car in a blocked road/unused runway testing the ability to drive safely at speed and completing the course within the best time.
•Cross Car- A special form of single seater 4 wheel vehicle which can be driven in competitive environment in different types of surfaces. Address:
