BPC25 🇧🇩
The past year has been a wild ride.
Starting work, full time and being able to make it to the gym 3 times a week felt like a luxury. Life has definitely changed for the better, Alhumdulillah.
Started training in the garage gym, starting around 11pm and ending at 2am but I wasn't complaining.
Training is my therapy, I'll tell you that.
One of the highlights of my year has to be joining the ND family. It's been absolutely amazing working with such good people 🙏
Didn't really get to push squats much this past year since all I worked on was my depth. And it paid off.
Definitely had at least another 5-7kgs in me but decided to play safe.
Bench has felt the best stepping into this meet.
Felt the most confident with it. And by God's grace, I was able to showcase it on the platform with the new National Record.
Deadlifts have been coming along really well leading up to the meet day, but my mid back was somewhat fried after squats so I knew it wouldn't be the best day for deadlifts. Secured the overall title with my 2nd attempt and went YOLO for my 3rd.
I didn't realise how close I came to locking out 330 until I saw the video. It's there. I know it.
Grateful to Kamrool Islam bhai, Shazid Rahman bro for supporting me every step of my game day prep. Couldn’t have done this without you.
Honoured to represent Future Fitness
Nutrition Depot Bangladesh & ND Activewear Bangladesh 🙏
Truly missed my brother Raadh Rahman. First nats without him. It wasn't easy but he was always there in spirit.
Always looking after my nutrition and making sure I'm at my best physically and mentally.
Special thanks to Armina Pasha apu for taking the time to help me through such an important day.
Words aren't enough to thank you 🙏
