Chhatak Sports Association are hosting their inaugural inter-Chhatak Tapeball Cricket Tournament on Monday 31 August at Victoria Park.

Four teams consisting of entirely Chhataki players will take part.

Captains for the four teams are: Rezaul, Shamim, Shohidul and Rimon.

The team names are:

1. Paper Mill Legends
2. Surma Strikers
3. Cement Factory Titans
4. Altab Ali Legacy

If you wish to play for one of the teams, please contact either Muhib or Imran (contact details on the poster).

We urge all other Chhatakis and non-Chhatakis to come and watch the games.

🇵🇸🏆 CHAMPIONS!

What a journey for Samirul & Raheel, representing Chhattak at the Padel4Palestine London tournament.

They came through the group stage unbeaten, winning all three games 6-1, before battling through the quarter-final and semi-final to reach the final.

The final went all the way to a championship tie-break. After winning the first set and losing the second, they found themselves 8-3 down in the deciding tie-break. Five points later, they had turned it around and sealed an incredible 11-9 comeback. 🥶🔥

A special tournament, an unforgettable final, and all for a cause that means so much.
