I am Coach Rosetna, a certified Chair One Fitness Instructor, specially trained to help older adults and individuals with mobility challenges exercise safely and confidently.

At Heartly Fitness Coaching Studio, every class is guided with personal attention, encouragement, and modifications when needed. No two bodies are the same, especially as we age.

That's why I love working closely with each participant to help them improve strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, and overall well-being at their own pace.

Our oldest participants are in their 80s, proving that it's never too late to start moving and feeling better. 💗

Movement is medicine when done safely and consistently.

9 years ago… pregnant with my youngest boy and still showing up with passion, movement & heart 💖✨

Looking back, I realize I was not just teaching fitness… I was building strength for motherhood, for life, and for the woman I am today.

So grateful for every season of the journey 🤍
And proud that after all these years, I still move from the heart.
