Diahuebs 15 di December nos (Byerlite Boxing Club) Coach Shary Geerman ta haya su Certificado di Basic Sports Course duna pa Stichting Sportsubsidie Aruba.

Esaki ta otro logro mas di hopi cu lo sigui bai pe y amplia su conocemento (coaching wise). Na 2021 Shary a haya su certificado di un curso di 8 siman di e legendario coach Cubano Pedro Diaz. Awo 2022 su certificado di Basic Sports Course di Stichting Sportsubsidie Aruba. Pa aña 2023 tin plan nan grandi pa Shary sigui evolve.

Shary a cuminsa como Assistant Coach di seccion infantil / juvenil / nobato pa despues wordo promovi como Coach oficial di dicho seccion pa Byerlite Boxing Club.
