Yoga Flow classes are held Mon 6am, Wed 6am, Yogalates Thurs 6am (main stage) and Sat 6am (lagoon).

I love it when new comers come to my classes. I had a beautiful lady from Melbourne this morning and quite often have lovely visitors staying at the local caravan park. Wherever you are from local or afar. You are welcome be it a drop in class or more frequent. See you on the mat! 🥰
