Kylie Yoga yeppoon I am a Certified Yoga Instructor (200 hour) and Matwork Pilates Instructor! All welcome! $10 BYO mat. cash preferred.

Yoga Flow classes are held Mon 6am, Wed 6am, Yogalates Thurs 6am (main stage) and Sat 6am (lagoon).

A Day of Connection, Yoga and Joy!

YOGA Day Getaway!

Saturday 15th August

(Due to lack of availability of accommodation this is a one-day event however if you wish to stay for the night feel free to book your own accommodation if available)

Location: GKI Sundeck

Time: 9am til 4pm

Cost:
$139 standard price
$129 early bird (pay by end June)

$10 from each booking will be donated to Cancer Council as part of the Daffodil Day Swim!

Includes:
3 hours morning Yoga theory and practical, sound bowls, connection activity, meditation, morning tea, ferry transfers.

Daffodil Day swim! (Optional to join me for a swim on the day!)

Lunch - we will gather at the Hideaway for a lunch (at your own expense/choice)!

2-4pm add on your massage or relax on the beach. Have a walk, go shopping or optional sound bowl experience on the sun deck.

Massage- add on a kahuna massage at your own expense.

Optional personal sound bowl experience, 15 minute sound bowl chakra clearing experience.

Some yoga experience would be beneficial however not essential.

Limited to 15 Yogis!

Pack your yoga mat, hat sunnies and swimmers and enjoy a day on the island with like minded people!
