🎯 What a fantastic weekend of darts at the Yass Open! 🎯

We were thrilled with the number of players who attended, and the incredible support shown throughout the weekend.

A huge thank you to the Bowling Club for hosting us and keeping everyone hydrated.

We also appreciate all the volunteers who helped with setup, pack up, to ensure the event ran smoothly from start to finish.

A special thanks go to our sponsors who supported this event this year. We could not run this event as successfully without the support.

What an incredible weekend of darts at the Districts Darts 2026 competition, hosted at the Cooma Bowling Club.

A huge congratulations to the first-ever & District Darts Association Men’s Team on representing Yass and securing 3rd place — falling short of 2nd place by just two legs. An outstanding achievement for our debut appearance. Plenty of laughs, plenty of camaraderie, and plenty of quality darts thrown.

Special shoutout to Mick Bourke for an impressive six 180s across the weekend, and to Robbie Jephcott for taking out his team’s MVP award.

The event was thoroughly enjoyed, and we’re incredibly grateful to the Cooma District Darts Association for the time, effort, and organisation that made it all happen.

Well done to everyone involved — bring on Cootamundra 2027! 🎯
