In the ring, it’s not just about throwing punches; it’s about mastering the art of distance control and creative movement. Too often, training sessions turn into all-out wars, leaving little room for athletes to explore their creativity.

Key Insights:

Distance Control: Understanding how to maintain the right distance is crucial. When you learn to control that space, you can effectively use trunk defense with minimal movements—just millimeters, not inches!

Creating Time and Space: This precision in movement allows boxers to see the bigger picture, anticipate their opponent’s actions, and create opportunities.
