Our Junior Programs have been extremely popular, with numbers filling quickly.

Tennis is a challenging and technical sport. The more balls hit, and the better your stroke technique becomes, and the more rapidly you will improve.

We are very fortunate to have an extremely experienced Club Coach in Grant Kendall. I would highly recommend speaking to Grant about the lessons he offers during the week.

With multiple opportunities to hit each week and a focus on developing good technique, players will see their improvement happen much more rapidly.

2026/27 Tennis Club Memberships Are Now Open!

After five years without an increase, our committee has made a small adjustment to adult and family membership fees for the 2026/27 season.

We challenge you to find a cheaper grass-court membership anywhere!

Your membership includes:

🎾 Adult participation in all club competitions
🎾 Junior registration in our Saturday morning programs

After a long hiatus, Yarrawonga had a team competing in the Goulburn Murray Lawn Tennis Association (GMLTA) last season.

The team played in Division 3, with the players thoroughly enjoying the opportunity to play against teams from around the Shepparton region on Saturday afternoons.

The core of the team is keen to play again, but we certainly need some new players.

If there is enough interest from members, it would be fantastic to enter a team in another division as well.

Congratulations to our current Club Champion Jack Bassett on being part of the Geelong team that were runners up in Tennis Victoria's Grade 1 Pennnant competition. On Saturday the team was defeated by a strong Kooyong team. Well done Jack on a fantastic season.

It is fair to say that registrations for our Saturday morning programs have gone crazy!

A huge thank you to everyone who has registered and continues to support our junior tennis programs. It is fantastic to see so many kids wanting to get involved!

More than 200 kids hitting tennis balls every Saturday morning, creating a fantastic atmosphere at the club!

Our Saturday morning program is all about having fun while learning a sport that can be enjoyed for life. With enthusiastic coaches, plenty of parental involvement and a Zooper Dooper to finish every session, it’s the perfect way to spend a Saturday morning! ☀️

💰 Cost: Just $100 for approximately 15 sessions across Term 4, 2026 and Term 1, 2027.

📅 Season starts: Saturday, October 10

Registrations are open now but filling very quickly — our 8:40am Hot Shots session is already FULL!
