UPCOMING: We’re excited to announce Living Ashtanga: Philosophy, Practice & Chanting!
A 3-hour workshop with Nicole and Ryoko, going beyond the physical to explore the roots of this traditional system.
“Practice, and all is coming.” — Pattabhi Jois
There’s a reason this teaching has stayed with practitioners for generations. Ashtanga isn’t about arriving somewhere; it’s about showing up, again and again, and trusting the process to unfold.
