with a difference. Not only will you find fruit and vegetables, good food and a pre-loved or new bargain or two like all good markets, you have the opportunity to engage in traditional and alternative health services ranging from Tai Chi, kinesiology, Reiki and hypnotherapy to Emmet, homeopathy and aromatherapy to spiritual guidance and tarot/energy/Oracle readings from long term practitioners of various disciplines of wellbeing. As an interactive market of good health there are also facilities to get your blood pumping and engage in friendly competition with locals and travellers alike including a modern skate park, huge well equipped playground, tennis courts, pick-up basketball games, licensed bowls club even a heated pool and a multi-sport lush green oval to have a go at hula hooping, juggling, throwing a frisbee, flying a kite, kicking a ball or kicking your shoes off to play or picnic, so bring your bat, racket and balls if you’re up for a challenge! The Brisbane Valley Bike Trail also ends in Yarraman so come for a weekend ride and enjoy the well laid out bike lanes that lead to the market site. There are BBQs and clean modern toilet facilities to make it a full family day out! Dog on leash friendly (no off-leash facilities) with paved walking tracks throughout the facility and there is plenty of free parking for all travellers including space enough for the caravans! Vinnies and Red Cross Op Shops, the famous Yarraman Bakery, Perries IGA, Farmhouse Restaurant and Stargazers Fuel and Fish & Chips just across the road and Royal & Yarraman Hotels, Yarraman Motel and a few cool Airbnb's easily walking distance for those making a weekend away of it. Experience all Yarraman has to offer from its choice of stand-alone art galleries featuring local artists of every discipline to the grand Historical House Museum to Pink Flamingo Ice Creamery or grab a steak or sausage from the award-winning country grown and butchered Frolies Meats for the BBQ. It’s a wonderful day trip cruise on well-kept highways to give your beast a run from anywhere in South East Queensland so car and bike clubs should put it in their calendar as you are always welcomed.
