Hey there! It's about time I officially introduced myself here. I'm Georgia the new owner of Vibrant Body Studio and the lady holding the studio reins these days.

A bit about me, I'm a lover of:

-Wearing way too much white despite being notoriously clumsy with my morning coffee.
- Anything with truffle on it 🤤
- Getting overly excited when someone picks up the heavy dumbells in class
- Playing disco or old school house bangers on my playlists.
- Seeing new clients fall in love with Pilates

I'm proud new mumma and Kq'aussie ( i'm half kiwi half aussie).

I'm also an exercise scientist, personal trainer, pilates instructor/ teacher mentor, and yoga teacher.

I've been teaching for almost 10 years now and sharing my love of movement with people from all walks of life all over the globe.

As the new owner of Vibrant Body Studio, I aim to create a welcoming, inclusive, and fun environment for all our clients. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced pilates lover, our classes are small, expertly delivered, and designed to challenge and support you at your own level. 💪

Today I taught my last classes as the business owner of Vibrant Body Studio and tomorrow the absolutely outstanding Georgia Struthers takes the reins.

Oh my heart! In the almost 20 years I have had in the Pilates world this sure was the pinnacle.

I'm so grateful for this experience. It has been such a special journey for me and I hope you have felt the passion and care that went into each and every day. I am proud of the studios success and I am so very proud of YOU the clients success .

You have heard me say it before - for all the studios I have been in, owned, and taught at, there has been nothing quite as special as Vibrant Body.

For those of you who haven't experienced VBS you must.
Pilates taught with integrity, led by trainers with decades of experience, surrounded by a community that supports every new face that walks in the door and just the right amount of fun and cheekiness 😉 It's one special place. have the most amazing family at VBS. ❤️
This week I have been fund raising at the studio for who is a student at St John’s College and made the state team to compete at Nationals with his horse. They are off to Victoria at the end of this month.

My world revolves around you guys at the studio and not the social media world but this is a post that has to be shared 🥰

I’m so grateful for you all.
Our fashion sizzle ( which is way cooler and more fun than a sausage sizzle) was a huge hit! So fun selling some of my Vegas clothes and shoes!!! Yandina IGA won’t know what’s hit it when people rock up in their Alexander McQueen, Oscar De La Renta, Marc Jacobs and Tiffany attire 😂😂
The funds raised are enough to get Macks horse transported on the big trip down and back to VIC 🦄🤩🦄
Mack is also so very honoured to have been given a generous sponsorship from Cold Runners Logistics ( Vicki and Sean Wickham ) 🤍🙏🏻🤍🙏🏻🤍🙏🏻

Can you believe the studio is 3!!!!

It is such an honour to own Vibrant Body Studio. Not only do I get to share what I am truly passionate about in health and wellness but I get to do it with people that make my day brighter from 6am - 6pm.

I say the phrase ' VBS Family' with pride and love. As that is what we are. A family, a community, a tribe!! And regardless if you have been vibing for 3 years or 3 days - when you enter this magical space we work hard, play hard and love hard together.

The commitment and dedication you give to showing up each week is a credit to you. Having a small business in a commercial space is tough and I appreciate all the support you have shown me at VBS. You listen to all my crazy stories every day, help run my kids around and what you all might not realize is YOU have given me a safe place to feel a part of a community........ more than I have ever felt in my whole adult life.

So in 3 years here's some fun numbers ........
There have been over 15000 bodies in classes. In a studio where the max is only 5 - 6 people that is ALOT of sold out classes!
1 of you have done over 500 classes
7 of you have done over 300 classes
14 of you have done over 200 classes
41 of you have done over 100 classes
11 of you have done over 75 classes
19 of you have done over 50 classes
29 of you have done over 25 classes

I've done plenty of these reports in my career of my previous studios and other studios I have overseen and let me tell you.........your attendance and consistency if freaking awesome!!
18 years ago I started my Pilates journey training in Sydney, and I'm a point in my career where I am very confident in what I teach and even more confident in what I see in front of me after watching peoples bodies in classes and sessions for all those years.
Thank you for trusting me to take you on part of your wellness journey.
I am truly humbled to be surrounded by so many amazing women and men.
