Our Female Development and Performance squads will be taking on our friends Rise Coffs Coast | Youth Wellbeing Program in two matches with the CFA squads being announced shortly 🔥

⚽ CFA Coach Mentoring Program

Great players and programs are developed by great coaches—and every club needs passionate people ready to lead the next gen.

The 2026/27 CFA Coach Mentoring Program is designed for young people aged 13–18 who want to begin their coaching journey and make a difference in their local football community.

Through hands-on experience and mentoring from experienced CFA coaches, participants will:
✅ Develop their coaching skills and confidence
✅ Receive a personalised coach development plan
✅ Gain real coaching experience
✅ Be supported to achieve coaching qualifications
✅ Have opportunities to progress into paid coaching roles through holiday programs, academy squads and CFA Matchdays.

The aim of this program is to develop confident young coaches who are equipped to support their local club teams.

This program is completely free and we will be selecting 6 Clarence coaches to work with over the next 12 months.
