Hey Everyone!
I am running more boxing sessions at the Wyreema Community Hall. Monday & Wednesday. First session starts at 4.30pm to 5.15pm, second session starts at 5.30pm to 6.15pm.
Boxing is one of the most demanding but also most rewarding forms of exercise training.
It conditions your entire body and provides one of the most challenging and enjoyable workouts of any sport. Boxing is a workout that can accommodate for all levels of fitness.
