You never know whats coming your way...

This year so far has been so expansive and has stretched me in ways I never imagined.

So many times I wanted to call it quits. To give up. To stop trying and yet here I stand.

And probably stronger than ever.

Holding onto the vision and not letting go.

Its not always easy, but I dont think its supposed to be...

Its time to get out of your own way, stop limiting yourself and holding yourself back from whatever is waiting for you just around the corner. ✨️✨️✨️

What you really need is to stop. Stop and breathe. Breathe and drop into your body. Drop into your body and just be.

Levelling up, upgrading your life and stepping into the next version of yourself is often uncomfortable. Sometimes it’s painful. And it’s rarely as easy as we imagine it will be.

We’re asked to take leaps of faith. To trust the unknown. To trust that somehow, we’ll be held through it.

I’ve been speaking a lot lately about dreaming delusionally, and something I’m realising goes hand in hand with that is the fear of the unknown and learning to trust that the universe, or whatever greater power you believe in, has your back.

Lately, some of the things I’ve been dreaming up that once felt completely crazy and so far out of reach are actually starting to come into fruition.

And honestly? It’s bringing up A LOT of fear.

Am I worthy of this?
Am I actually capable of doing this?
What if I f**k it up?

The imposter syndrome is coming through STRONG right now.

I’m absolutely terrified to be honest with you about what’s next. But I keep reminding myself:

Bravery isn’t the absence of fear.
It’s feeling the fear and doing it anyway.

So let this be your reminder to be BOLD. BE BRAVE. TAKE THE LEAP.

Trust that you are supported as you step into your next level.

Because sometimes the biggest challenge standing between you and the life you’re dreaming of…
