🏆 Congratulations Ev — AUSactive Trainer of the Year! 🏆

In January 2023, Ev was 57, pre-diabetic, hypertensive and working nonstop in a corporate role. After being made redundant, she made the decision to change her life.

She transformed her health, lost 26kg and found her inner athlete. Inspired to help others do the same, Ev completed her Certificate III in Fitness and joined our Fernwood Woonona team.

Now 58, Ev is passionate about helping people—especially older adults—discover that it’s never too late to become stronger, healthier and more confident.

Movement is medicine, and Ev is living proof. We couldn’t be prouder! 💗

What does Gemma love about Fernwood Woonona?
I love how everyone is motivating and pushes you to do one more rep or higher weights and all the staff help you to achieve your goals and I love SHEROX!
I’ve been training for HYROX Melbourne and the girls have been nothing but super supportive and help me train.
