Crooked Creek Ranch Lessons...

Tammy had another great breakaway roping lesson here at CCR. Working hard on the drills and putting it all together with the help of P2 roping the sled with confidence ✨️

Crooked Creek Ranch...

Another awesome afternoon lesson with Maddy and Chenoa.

Both working hard with their swing, direction, strength, riding position but most of all having fun!

Then putting it all together for some nice runs out of the box catching calves 👌👍

Even better when you sell a house, after hours while sitting on your horse 🏡 hey Maddy!

Crooked Creek Ranch Lessons...

Another great day in the arena Bella came for her first ground lesson here with us at CCR.

We started with the very basics ... understanding the set up of your rope, knowing how the rope goes on the calf, working on the right side of the dummy to visualise where you want the bottom strand to go and roping with consistency.

Great start ~ keep up the practise Bella! 👌🤠

Crooked Creek Ranch Lessons....

Two busy days in the arena here at CCR... Tess came down from Warwick for her second lesson with us learning everything breakaway roping.

Tess worked hard going through all the basic fundamentals, roping calf sleds, pen roping, roping calves at the front of the box and running calves.
Was a busy few days and with the help of P2 and BT ~ Tess had a heap of fun!

~The excitement of the catch ~ such an achievement 👌

Excellent work 👏 exciting times ahead!

Another great lesson here at CCR ~ Tammy had her second lesson with us working on some ground drills and with the help from "P2" roping the calf sled for the first time. Excellent work 👌

Crooked Creek Ranch Lessons...

A fun afternoon in the CCR arena with Chenoa and Maddy.
With the help of "Rich" & "P2" the girls roped the calf sled and also roped some calves out of the box. It's been a little while between rope sessions and just proves if you have good fundamentals you can continue on where you left off! Great job guys 👌🤠
