Born from my own journey through menopause, weight changes, and hormonal upheaval, I knew the old way wasn’t working.
So I researched, I experimented, I unlearned — and I rebuilt something better. Here, we combine movement, healing, and emotional wellness in a truly private, full-circle space for women.

My favourite piece of equipment is the trap bar, Katharine begs to differ, but it's the difficult exercises that have the most benefit and when it comes to my fitness programs, I try to use many muscles in one exercise.
The benefits of using a trap bar over the conventional barbell is that it requires the use of all major muscle groups, it provides overall strength and growth to muscle groups such as quads, hamstrings, glutes, spinal erectors, obliques, abdominals and lower back muscles.
A single deadlift is equivalent to a combination of several strength exercises such as leg presses, abdominal crunches and squats. It strengthens the lower back muscles which protect your body from damage when doing heavy workouts.
There are so many different stances you can use for this one piece of godly equipment.. An all rounder and all over body workout 👍🏼👏🏼💪🏼 ***y
