How long have you been in the fitness industry?
I’ve been passionate about fitness for over 21 years, starting my gym journey at age 14. I’ve been professionally coaching and transforming lives since 2015, bringing a decade of hands-on experience to help clients achieve their body recomposition goals.

What’s your favourite workout or exercise?
Single-arm cable flys (low-to-high) for chest. I love the unilateral focus and the mind-muscle connection it creates – plus the stretch and contraction are unmatched for sculpting a powerful chest. 💪🏽🙌🏽

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Dubai. The blend of cutting-edge fitness culture, world-class facilities, and that ambitious energy really resonates with me. 🇦🇪✈️☀️

Do you have any hobbies outside of fitness?
Camping and hiking. I love getting outdoors, disconnecting, and pushing myself in nature – it keeps me grounded and recharged. 🏞️👟🪾🌳🍃

What’s your favourite cheat meal or guilty pleasure snack?
A quality beef burger, no question. Sometimes you’ve just got to fuel the gains with something that hits the spot!

How long have you been in the fitness industry?
I’ve been coaching in some capacity since 2018 (7 years - MMA, then CrossFit, now 1-1 Personal Training)
1-1 PT experience of 3 years. 🏋🏽🤼

What’s your favourite workout or exercise?
Anything Back “Grip n’ Rip” workouts as I call them. 💪🏽

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Italy - even though I hear the gyms there suck 😂 🇮🇹

Do you have any hobbies outside of fitness?
Enjoy researching pointless rabbit holes, reading philosophy, and listening to comedy podcasts. Spend most of my time outside of the fitness walking in the sun, or napping. 😴 ☀️ 🎧

What’s your favourite cheat meal or guilty pleasure snack?
If it sounds - even remotely - Italian, I’m all over it. 🍮🍨
