It's race day and round 2 of the 2025 track championship.
Both the guys are racing today and we have spare entry tickets if anyone wants to come watch another great day of racing.

Last night we attended the presentation for the 2024 track championship awards.

Josh was presented with the first ever junior drag bike track champion trophy and jacket.
It was a great night of fun and laughter. Thanks to the Sydney Dragway staff for a great evening.

Today we are at the track racing the first round of the 2025 championship with Josh licensing for mod bike.

Unfortunately a wiring issue has cause Danny to have to pull out from today's race 😔, but we will get it fixed and he'll be back on track racing against Josh soon!

2024 NSW SYDNEY DRAGWAY Track Championship
Season wrap up

Firstly we would like to thank all our sponsors and companies that have supported throughout the year including:

DANNY #7883 STREET BIKE 🏍

It was definitely a year of ups and downs for Danny and the bike had a few gremlins in the later half of the season but nothing that wasn't easily fixed.
We swapped out the rear tyre half way through the season onto a racing slick and that ended the warm up burnout competition between him and Josh.
He was lucky enough to make it to 2 finals this year and came home with 1win and 1 runner up trophy 🏆
This also put him high enough in the points to go into the finals in a 3 way tie for the championship, but unfortunately broke out in the elimination rounds and finished this season in 3rd place, still a great achievement 👏

JOSH #6424 JUNIOR DRAG BIKE 🏍
This year with the help of lot of other people we wre able to see Junior Drag Bike compete as a competition bracket in the track championship series and it was great to see all the kids giving it their all each round and making great improvements throughout the year.
Josh became well know for his warm up burnouts and enjoyed every minute of it (we went through 3 rear tyres this season 😉)
Josh rode his way to every final this season and came home with 6 wins and 2 runner up trophies 🏆
This fortunately put him at the top of the points table and he was able to take home the inaugural 2024 JUNIOR DRAG BIKE CHAMPION 🏆
and he was also able to earn the most points accumulated for any bracket throughout the championship.

Well done Josh we are all very proud of your efforts this season.

This year is also the year that Josh retired from the junior racing brackets. It has been an awesome journey from his first "C/JD " through the classes to A's and taking home a junior dragster championship in his last year in the car and then onto the bikes.

Next season both Danny and Josh will be competing along side each other in Mod Bike, and we are looking forward to this new chapter in racing as a family.

We look forward to seeing you all again next season.
