Let’s be honest: we certainly don’t rely on motivation every single day to hit the gym. True progress is built on discipline and routine. However, that doesn’t mean a little extra spark of motivation is completely useless! When you are feeling sluggish, sometimes all it takes is a clever mental or environmental shift to get you moving.

Here are a few easy ways to reignite that excitement: treat yourself to some fresh gym wear that makes you feel confident, or bring a friend along to hold you accountable and keep things fun. If your routine feels stale, try switching up your schedule by training at a completely different time, or pump yourself up by curating a brand-new workout playlist.

Motivation might come and go, but these simple tweaks can easily bridge the gap until discipline takes over again.

Prioritising spending more time with god has been hard.
But just like my other priorities with family, my health it’s a non-negotiable. Building a relationship with my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ allow his holy spirit to poor through me has become stronger.

It’s been a hard season the last few months I’ve had a lot of healing in my heart and learning to forgive others of hurt, rejection and judgement.

If I want Jesus to forgive me I must forgive!! Bitterness is a destructive, poisonous spiritual condition that damages the human heart and ruins relationships.

Just like Jesus said in the gospel.
Matthew 6:14-15 “For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.”

Matthew 18:21
Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, ‘Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister who sins against me? Up to seven times?’”

Jesus answers, “Not seven times, but seventy-seven times”
