The Southern Swans Cricket Club celebrated its 2025/26 season presentation today at our valued sponsor, the Lake Illawarra Hotel. It was a fantastic opportunity to come together, reflect on the season, and recognise the achievements of our players.
Congratulations to all our players on a wonderful season. It was especially great to welcome new members to the team, and to see every player have their moment to shine throughout the year—there was certainly plenty to celebrate.
A sincere thank you to our coaches, Aaron and Shane, for their dedication, effort, and commitment. Your contribution to the team is greatly appreciated.
We also extend our thanks to everyone who helped throughout the season—those who assisted with scoring, set-up, and pack-down, as well as our committee members who work hard behind the scenes to ensure we can take the field each week. To our generous sponsors, thank you for your support; without you, it wouldn’t be possible for these girls to play the game they love.
A special thank you to our parents for your ongoing support in getting the girls to training and games. We know the travel can be significant for many families, and your commitment does not go unnoticed.
Finally, thank you to our players. Your passion, dedication, and love for the game are inspiring. It has been a pleasure to watch your growth this season—not only in cricket skills, but also in the friendships you’ve built along the way.
