So proud of Michelle 👏

When Michelle first started training with me she was scared to try heavier weights and new things in case her back went or she would hurt herself…

Fast forward to today and she’s now able to lift 45kg barbells like they’re nothing!! 👏🥹

What I’m most proud of is Michelle’s determination to better herself each week and how Michelle has totally transformed her back and core strength through trusting herself 👏👏

She’s stayed consistent, trusted the process and continued showing up.

A reminder that strength training will change how you feel in everyday life. Results will come from the small things you do consistently over time.

So proud of Kylah 🙏

When she first started training with me doing my outdoors classes and PT in 2021 … running, squats and lunges would often cause knee pain.

Fast forward to today and she’s now running 10km for fun 👏🥹

What I’m most proud of isn’t just the physical progress, it’s how Kylah has made training part of her lifestyle.

She’s stayed consistent, trusted the process and continued showing up year after year.

A reminder that lasting results don’t happen overnight. They come from the small things you do consistently over time.

“I told you all the things I thought I couldn’t do and you just proved to me that I could”

When Lee first started PT with me, she had a goal of preparing for surgery and wanted to build strength and confidence in her body.

Fast forward and she’s now deadlifting, running and doing things she didn’t think she’d ever he able to do 👏👏👏

The best part?

It’s not just about the physical results. It’s the confidence that comes from proving to yourself what you’re capable of doing the things!!
