If you don't know the story behind my affirmation 'I am SHE', let me enlighten you. During lockdown and hours and hours of mentoring and coaching I was encouraging women to stop comparing to others and to shift their thoughts to more positive ones about themselves. For example a client would say;

'Oh she's so lucky, look at the car she drives. She's got everything. She's got such a beautiful home. She's unstoppable' and honestly the list just goes on. So what I found best to help my clients shift their mindsets onto focusing on themselves was repeating this affirmation;

"She is inspiring

She is abundant

She is strong

She is passionate

I AM SHE"

Because, babe, let me tell you- YOU ARE EVERYTHING AND MORE!

Welcome, to a new era 'SHE MADE'

My personal development journey through mindset shifts, highs, lows, success, learning and all the things in between.
Hi, I’m Ren~ mama to 4 beautiful souls who you may see from time to time, wifey and ultimate go getter
I often have conversations with beautiful women in my DM's about how I do 'all the things', how I'm always busy and the fact that I don't burn out and rarely get sick. So over the years, whilst on my own journey I have been helping women navigate their own stories and lives~ which is how the products side of the business was created. I wanted products I could recommend (insert affirmation cards, ritual resources etc.) so I created them. Then as the products side of the business started to reach more customers and 'take off' I left my mentoring and coaching a little behind to focus my energy on building a brand. Through my mentorship program and 1:1 coaching I have been able to help many women take ownership of their lives, through mindset, inner work, shifts, lifestyle changes, non-negotiables and even in business. I know how powerful this work is and how beneficial it can be to have someone holding/keeping you accountable as you shift your world.
I wanted to touch on Empowered Energy and things at HQ. As I've grown on my journey and still discovering myself and ways I hold myself and my clients to their standards- I began to realise that I bring the empowered energy. Does that make sense? Like i've never been really attached to this name as I feel like I encompass it when you see me at a market, or workshop.
I bring the EMPOWERED ENERGY so that won't change at all. I know I light up a room, I know I bring this radiant energy with me. I'm a generator (human design- ask me about it) and this is what I was born to do. To be the energy in the room that people want to be in and this is a huge realisation for me. At first, I thought I was being vain and you know tooting my own horn. But it's time I embraced this part of me, and truely stepped into my title. So excited to have you part of my journey. I work with women who are wanting to create a shift in their world. Women who are exhausted of a mundane life and are ready to go all in and make an impact on their lives and those around them.
Women who want to prioritise self care and rituals but can’t stay committed to the change and need assistance & accountability. Women who are wanting growth and personal development. It’s for women who have been STUCK in a fixed mindset, therefore no growth or change.
