We’re back training this Monday, 24 January I hope that everyone has had a great holiday travelling and catching up with family. The body is rested and you're super keen to get back to training.

Another challenging year for martial art clubs around the country more than ever support your club you need to get back to training as soon as possible and if you know anyone that maybe interested in coming along now is the time to bring them for FREE LESSON.
