Congratulations to our Head Instructor, Master Emma Mak, on her remarkable achievement!

Master Emma was awarded for Outstanding Performance in the 125th, 2nd Class International Master Course by Kukkiwon, the World Taekwondo Headquarters.

Beyond her role as a Taekwondo Master, Master Emma serves as a special educator and therapist. She firmly believes that Taekwondo training is beneficial to everyone and uses the skills God has equipped her with to ensure it is accessible to all. Her dedication to continuous self-improvement, authentic teaching, and inclusion reflects PTA’s core motto: "Taekwondo for All."

Head Instructor of Perth Taekwondo Academy, Master Emma Mak, had the privilege of supporting Australian Taekwondo in the national team selection process for the World Taekwondo Championships 2026.

As stated by the Head Referee: “Select the best for Australia.” And together, that standard was upheld. It was a long but meaningful day of assessment, fairness, and high-performance sport.

Congratulations to all selected athletes representing Australia. A sincere acknowledgment to Australian Taekwondo for the smooth coordination of the process.
