Training classes that focus OnMore circuit HIIT focused, incorporates free weights, plyo boxes, squat racks, medicine balls, kettlebells, cardio machines such as treadmills and bikes.

Similar to f45, s30 and BFT.

5min Warm- up consisting of dynamic stretches- getting the heart rate up, blood flowing through the muscles.

Workout- 2 zones (rack zone + red zone), 4 exercises per zone. Eg. Front squats, trx pistol squats, db crab walks. Workout is 3 rounds of the 2 zones.

5min Cooldown- consists of floor based static stretches.
