What a great night celebrating our Junior Club Presentation Night!

We hope everyone had a fantastic evening and enjoyed coming together to recognise the kids and their efforts throughout the season.

It’s been an incredible year for the club, highlighted by bringing home two premierships 🏆🏆 something we’re all very proud of!

Thank you to all our players, coaches, families and volunteers for making it such a special season.

A reminder that our Presentation Night is on tonight from 5:00pm at the Whittlesea Showgrounds.

We’ll have a range of pizzas available to share, and the bar will be open at bar prices.

Looking forward to a great night celebrating the season with all our players, families and supporters.

Well, the season has come and gone and what a season it was, with 2 junior premierships! 🏆🏆

We hope all of the kids enjoyed their cricket this season, and we look forward to seeing everyone back again next season.

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of our coaches for their time, effort and dedication throughout the season. Without you, the kids simply don’t get the opportunity to play.
Lochaden, Shane, Chris, Mitch, Leigh, Glen and Dale thank you again.

A big thank you also to Cherie, Taylah, Lauren and Annette for your ongoing support.

And Amy, thank you for getting the U9s up and running, a fantastic effort.

🏆 UNDER 13s PREMIERS! 🏆

What an incredible performance from our Under 13s, taking out the premiership in a dominant Grand Final display.

The Eagles set the tone early, finishing 3/237 from their 40 overs. Laurimar fought hard in reply, finishing 10/145, with the Eagles securing a well-deserved win.

For many of this group, this was their first year taking up cricket, which makes this achievement even more special. The growth, effort and teamwork shown across the season has been outstanding.

To finish it off like that on the big stage is something they should all be incredibly proud of.

Congratulations to our Whittlesea Seniors who today won the F1 Grade Premiership!

A special moment for two of our Under 17s, Jedda Hubbal (7*) and Thomas Watt (4*), who were at the crease for the winning runs.

A fantastic achievement by both boys, who also shared representative honours during this year’s U15 Craig Shield, with Jedda representing Ivanhoe and Thomas applying his craft for Plenty Valley.

Congratulations again boys, the club is incredibly proud. 🦅💪

GRAND FINAL – DAY 1

After being sent into bat by Laurimar, Whittlesea finished 3/237 off our 40 overs, the boys’ highest total for the year 💪

The innings was set up by openers Ben Fitzgerald (75rtno) and Charlie Krueger (57), combining for a 125-run opening stand.

Momentum was then maintained by Harrison Birthisel (44) and Zakk Peterson (30*), in what was a fantastic team effort to set up a great finish next week.

A big week ahead at the Nest as the boys prepare to bring it home.

🏆 UNDER 11s PREMIERS! 🏆

What a fantastic season from our Under 11s, taking out the premiership last night against Mernda.

Mernda set the target with 8/117, and the Eagles chased it down finishing 6/118 (19.1) to secure the win.

The boys have had an outstanding season, finishing with their only loss coming to Mernda back in Round 10. To meet them again in the Grand Final and come away with the win made it even more special.

Congratulations to all players, coaches and families on an incredible season. The whole club is extremely proud! 🏆🙌🦅
