This is achieved through activities and programs for individuals, small groups and teams, and aims to assist development of personal and social skills.

ABOUT AUSKICK

The NAB AFL Auskick program provides boys and girls aged 5 -12, with a fun and safe Australian Football experience that serves as an introduction to a lifetime of involvement in the game. The program is not just about introducing children to Australian Football – it activates and develops within each child the desire for a healthy lifestyle and an association with our great game.

What a fantastic way to finish another amazing Auskick season!

A huge thank you to all of our Auskickers for bringing your enthusiasm, smiles and energy every Saturday. We hope you’ve had as much fun as we have and created some great memories along the way.

To all of our parents and families – thank you for your support throughout the season, and especially to everyone who put their hand up to volunteer. Auskick simply wouldn’t be possible without you.

A massive thank you to our wonderful supporters:

* Gilly’s Meats and Arcadia Farms for generously supplying the sausages throughout the season.
* Anthony from Route 66 Coffee Roasters for providing the coffee van each week and keeping everyone warm and caffeinated on those chilly mornings.
* Jim and Loz for cooking the BBQ and running the kitchen every week. Your hard work behind the scenes helped make every Saturday a success.

A special thank you also goes to all of the players from our senior men’s and women’s teams, along with our junior representatives, who gave up their time to help out on our final presentation day. Your support, encouragement and willingness to get involved made the day extra special for our Auskickers.

Finally, thank you to everyone who helped make this season such a success. It has been a fantastic year filled with fun, smiles and plenty of footy, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back for another great season next year.

Arcadia Farms will be providing sausages for parents and kids again this week - they’ll be ready a bit earlier so please grab a sausage and enjoy the day. For those who were asking about the rolls used, they were from Flour Flower Bakery in Kinglake West. See you on Saturday!
