I’m passionate about a few things in the scope of fitness and health:⁣

A strong body⁣
A body that moves well ⁣
A nourished body⁣

I believe there is more power in what you can achieve than how you look⁣

It’s NEVER too late to start and there is not reason to believe you are not capable as you age⁣

I don’t believe in using exercise to punish yourself⁣

Food is a deep, emotional and triggering thing for many people. The more we can use neutral language around food, the better⁣

Nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated, and there’s no one size fits all⁣

I believe everyone should practice self-care regularly, it’s important we firstly look after ourselves in order to show up how we want for others⁣

If you don’t use it, you lose it but this doesn’t mean overdoing it. We can train smarter not harder⁣

Our mindset is everything⁣

I work with women when they experience big changes in their life and bodies - pregnancy and perimenopause. Two times where a woman might experience a disconnect with their body and maybe have a sense of fragility⁣

I serve women to help them find their power and to take control of strengthening, mobilising, and nourishing their bodies
