Grateful for a valuable mentoring session with through the IGNITE Business Mentoring Program.

The session gave me an opportunity to exchange ideas, gain fresh perspectives and reflect on my personal and professional growth. I truly appreciate my mentor's practical guidance, encouragement and willingness to share his knowledge and experience.

A special thank you to City Council for providing this valuable mentoring opportunity and for supporting professional development and leadership within our local community.

🏸 **At ShuttleCraft Academy, we believe that great coaching is built on great leadership and continuous learning.**

We are proud to share that our Founder, **Edwina Antony**, has successfully graduated from the **2026 Joan Kirner Emerging Leaders Program**.

This leadership program has provided valuable insights into governance, communication, strategic thinking and community leadership. These learnings will help strengthen ShuttleCraft Academy as we continue creating a positive, inclusive and welcoming environment where children, young people and adults can develop their badminton skills, build confidence and enjoy being active.

We believe that investing in leadership ultimately benefits our players, families, volunteers and the wider community.

🏸 What a fantastic badminton session with the Point Cook Malayalee Association (PCMA)!

A big thank you to everyone who participated and made the session enjoyable, active and engaging.

Edwina Antonyy from ShuttleCraft Academy volunteered to raise awareness about the global mission of Shanthibhavan Palliative International Ltd, while promoting health, wellbeing and community participation through sport.

It was wonderful to see players of different ages come together, learn new skills, stay active and build community connections.

Honoured to attend the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Badminton Victoria and engage with fellow clubs, volunteers, officials and badminton leaders from across Victoria.

It was encouraging to hear about the achievements of the past year, the strategic direction for the future, and the shared commitment to growing badminton participation across our communities.

I was pleased to contribute to the discussions and represent ShuttleCraft Academy as we continue our mission of promoting badminton, wellbeing, inclusion and lifelong participation in sport.
