Monday – Strength (LB)
It’s testing week! Put all your hard work into action as you aim for a new 5RM Back Squat and see how much strength you’ve built over the block.
Tuesday – Summit
The final Summit session challenges your aerobic fitness with longer continuous efforts, rewarding smart pacing, controlled breathing and consistent output from start to finish.
Wednesday – Strength (UB) Test
Upper body testing day is here. Push for a new 5RM Bench Press and put your strength gains to the test while maintaining solid lifting technique.
Thursday – Cardio HIIT
This performance-focused HIIT session is all about completing targets as quickly as possible while maintaining quality movement under fatigue. Expect a fast-paced and competitive atmosphere.
Friday – Balanced
A challenging stability and mobility session designed to test your ability to maintain strong positions, trunk control and movement quality as fatigue builds.
Saturday – Power
The final Power session combines explosive lifts and athletic movements to maximise speed, force production and coordination while demanding precision under fatigue.
