Not saying you have to join our gym. Just join any gym that pushes you to be more than you are, guides you to achieving your goals, and never makes you feel less than for not starting earlier or knowing how to do it yourself.

Here's exactly what 1700 calories a day looks like. Comment CAL below and we'll send you the full breakdown.

Our program is delivered in a way that is easily adjustable depending on your goals, ability level, experience and confidence.

And better yet our coaches know exactly how to progress you through it.

Everyone is different, the program you have should to reflect that.

Certain principles ring true and ideally followed but they shouldn’t box you in.

Training along is fine if you can push yourself hard enough and stay disciplined.

But training in a group of people who have similar goals to you, who care about your success and who you’ll actually enjoy training next to?

That’s the magic.

We find our member sticking at it longer, training harder (sometimes we need to pull them back 😂) and actually enjoying training because of the environment around them.

If you’re stuck in your training and sick of doing it alone. DM us, we can help.

You don’t need to be fit to start.

But you do need the right environment to stay consistent.

That’s why we built BBB the way we did

So real people with real lives can get real results.

We coach:

✔ People with full calendars who want structure
✔ People who want to feel strong, capable, and pain-free
✔ People who are done with cookie-cutter classes
✔ People getting back into it after time off
✔ People who are over guessing and ready for a plan

No egos. No pressure.

Just expert coaching, real community, and a system that works.

DM “READY” or hit the link in bio and we’ll show you how to get started.

Fair question. Half the answer is that it’s different, it can be fun (sometimes), and if you can do a wall walk, imagine what else you could do? and honestly that’s reason enough to give it a go.

The other half: when you’re walking your feet up a wall or holding a handstand, your whole body weight is going through your hands and shoulders.

That builds real upper-body strength, the kind you actually use outside the gym, like carrying the shopping in one trip or pushing yourself up off the floor without having to think about it.

And if part of why you train is wanting to look good and feel good in your body, that’s a completely valid goal. Strength tends to take care of both, and it’s a lot easier to stick with when you’re actually enjoying the session.

So if you’ve been eyeing the wall wondering whether to have a crack, consider this your nudge.

We’ve got you.

How annoying is it when you need to wait for a squat rack only for someone to start doing bicep curls 🫠

We structure ever class, everyone always gets their reps in, a coach always watches form and helps with weight selection.

Like a well oiled machine, you get in, get stronger, fitter, make friends, then get out.

Need extras? Just stay back and do them!

Everyone squats. Not everyone squats right.

Mobility isn’t usually the thing stopping someone from squatting deep, ego is. Sometimes it’s simple body awareness or anatomy.

And there is definitely a time and place for box squats or half squats, but squatting full range has so many benefits.
- build more muscle
- improve range of motion
- improve flexibility
- improve strength (you can get strong going half way down, but you won’t be strong in vulnerable position)

So if you could go full range, why wouldn’t you?

It’s harder but it doesn’t mean we allow our members to be less than just because it’s hard.

Let’s normalise giving a dam about your health.

Not just “yeah I go to the gym sometimes”

But actually caring where you focus on it, to the point people might call you obsessed.

Choosing meals slightly more carefully, going for that run, or doing that strength session, or joining that gym.

Being healthy and caring about it shouldn’t be weird.

Track your calories, track your sleep, wear that heart rate tracker.

Because if becoming a better version of you, and living a longer and healthier AND happier life is at the other end.

It’s worth it.
