It’s going to be a beautiful day of gentle movement, connection, and a little bit of joy through poi. Truly looking forward to sharing this space with such incredible women 💛

I highly recommend this SpinPoi course !!!

Even after twirling poi for 20 years, this course brought a whole new level of confidence to my presentation, teaching style, and how I share poi with others.

It refined my skills, deepened my understanding, and helped me step forward more professionally and clearly in my offerings.

I'm so excited to share that I am now officially running monthly Poi Twirling sessions at Mercy Place Aged Care Centre

What started as a beautiful brain workout session has grown into something truly special.
Each class is filled with colour, movement, laughter and connection- supporting coordination, balance, grip strength and cognitive stimulation in the most joyfully way.

Watching residents light up while twirling my 100% handmade poi is such a privilege.
Movement really is medicine.

If you know an aged care facility, community group or wellness program that would love a light-hearted, safe and engaging brain workout- I'd love to connect,

What a year it’s been! ❤️

From curious kids to the most inspiring participant of all — 101 years old ✨

This year, I’ve had the privilege of teaching so many beautiful humans — at Archie Graham, Mercy Place, Lyndoch, Port Fairy Folk Festival, street fairs, and being a part of the Seniors Festival for both Moyne Shire and Warrnambool.

Watching confidence grow, smiles appear, and bodies move with freedom has been truly heart-warming.

Poi has brought connection, colour, laughter, and so much unexpected magic into every session — and I’m grateful for every single person who picked up a set of poi with me.
