Our normal schedule includes Good Friday and Easter Monday.

Mon – 9:00am & 10:00am
Tues – 9:00am
Wed – 6:30am
Thurs – 9:00am & 10:00am
Fri – 6:30am

6.30AM GROUP UPDATE

Friday 24th October with Hannah
It’s full steam ahead for this Friday morning's 6.30 am session! This Friday 24th Oct Hannah will lead the session and is looking forward to working with such a dedicated and committed group! All welcome!
