Broccoli is so gooooood for you !!!!
Few facts:It's a super food full of vitamins K and C, a good source of folate (folic acid) and also provides potassium, fiber. ... Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant and protects the body from damaging free radicals. It is also a great source of fiber – and diets high in fiber promote digestive health.
How to cook to perfection in 15 mins:
In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets with the extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, pepper and garlic. Spread the broccoli out in an even layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven until florets are tender enough to pierce the stems with a fork, about 15 minutes. Remove and transfer to a serving platter.
2 heads (500g) broccoli, separated into florets
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (or 1/4 lemon)
