If weekends are where your diet falls apart, try this instead
You donāt necessarily need to eat the exact same amount of calories every single day to lose fat.
Letās say your target is 2,200 calories a day.
Thatās 15,400 calories across the week.
So instead of smashing 2,200 every day, you could drop that slightly Monday to Friday.
Say 2,050 calories Monday to Friday.
That gives you a bit more room on the weekend.
You could then have 2,750 on Saturday and 2,400 on Sunday, and youāve still landed around your weekly calorie target.
Because if youāre a dad, your week probably doesnāt look the same every day.
So stop trying to make your nutrition perfect every day.
This is one of the ways we make fat loss actually fit around work, kids, weekends and having a life.
Save this for next weekend.
