Want to tire your kids out and give them something to do over the holidays. This fun kids gym fitness program is designed to motivate and encourage kids to keep fit in a fun and engaging way.

I will be running this program on Tuesday and Thursdays over the school holidays at 2.30pm located at the Waroona Recreation and Aquatic Centre and it will run for 45min

Cost $10 per child or bigger families will be discounted

Taken quite a bit of courage to post this up but I’m damn proud of how far I have come in the last 15 or so weeks. Started a slight deficit around February with a diet break in between before going into more of a deficit. Staying consistent in the weekends is what made a difference! I have never had trouble with training, I love training but I also love food 😂. Nutrition could be on point during the week and then come the weekend I’d be more relaxed and not be consistent with tracking but a girls got goals so I had to start pulling my head in on the weekends too and it makes a huge fu***ng difference. Do I still eat things like chocolate, ice cream and biscuits? Fu***ng A I do: just because im in a diet phase doesn’t mean I can’t still enjoy my sweet treats. I just have to be smart about it.

Of course there have been days where I have been like f**k it, but if you follow the plan the results will folllow. Results could have been better if I didn’t have those f**k it moments but we are all human and data is still trending in the right direction so let’s get it and see where the next 12 weeks gets us 💪🏽😜

I decided to do a day on my plate the other day. Not today because I went out for dinner tonight. Swipe to see my yummy dinner from the Drakey. So my breakfast, lunch and dinner have pretty much been the same every day this week but I change up my snacks in between depending on how I feel and what macros I’m left with. This week I am on my menstrual cycle so craving the sweets. So I have added plenty of fruit but also still enjoying things like mini Oreos and cut up fun size snickers bars in protein pudding. I don’t restrict myself from the sweets I want I just control the portions I have and try to add in fibre and protein with it so I get fuller for longer

FBS- Fitness Balance Strength for my seniors but really anyone can join in on these classes. We do a bit of everything in this class, but of stretching, balance, aerobics with some fun dance tracks and some dumbbell tracks that target your whole body. One of my busiest classes and it puts you in such a good mood afterwards and sets you up for the day. Have recently added in a third class where we have incorporated some floor work at the end which I think is very important

Start the new year off by getting into some good habits

This 12 week challenge isn’t about who can lose the most kgs in the 12 weeks. It’s more about kickstarting your lifelong journey where I will help you feel confident in yourself, in the gym and help you get fitter, stronger and healthier.

There is no quick fix, it’s a lifestyle, one you must commit to and work for and I am here to help you.

There are 2 options to choose from and the challenge will start on the 29th January. Just in time for kids to return back to school.
