Hi Roger and Steve and Waroona members

Not sure if you guys are going to the Golden Bullet or working but there is another busy bee on this Saturday.
Can you please get this message out to your members.
The message below has been sent to Yarloop members also.

For those who can make it, a busy bee will be held this Saturday at the range, commencing 0830.
We need to mount the horizontal boards for the retaining walls at the 5 and 600 metre mounds.
The 3 and 400 mounds have been completed, back filling still required.
Please bring cordless drills if you can but not essential.

Yarloop Range bussy bee progress update:

The blue drums have been filled with sand and sealed ready to be lifted up to the top of the butts by a crane.
The carpet on the mounds has been pulled back so that a loader can cut back the dirt for a wall to be installed.
On the top of the butts, the dirt has been levelled for the drums to be installed.
Tomorrow the loader will cut the mounds ready for the walls to installed.

There will another busy bee coming up so make yourself available if you want this range open sooner.

Monday and Tuesday, 4 & 5 May are planned for a busy bee at the rifle range commencing 0830 for those who may be able to attend.

Work required:

• Finish filling the 20 remaining blue drums with sand. We have funnels on site but if anyone has another one or two witches hats (safety cones) to use as funnels it may speed things up. Bring a shovel. A wheel barrow would also be a bonus.
• After the drums are filled we need to fold the hole flaps back and seal them with silicone.
• Four of the mounds require the faces to be cut at right angles so we will need a number of bodies to assist with pulling the existing carpet back before the machine can work on them. Hopefully this will be Tuesday.

We are aware that people do have jobs to go to but we need to work around the machine operator so anyone who can help on these days it will be appreciated.
